We value you as a customer and we know how much your privacy means to you. Below please find a list of our Privacy Principles:

We do not sell customer information.

We do not allow those who are doing business on our behalf to use our customer information for their own marketing purposes.

We do not share customer medical information with any other company unless:

  1. You expressly authorize it.
  2. It is required by law.

We provide prospective and former customers with the same protections as existing customers with respect to the use of personal information.

Information We May Collect And How We Use Information About You:

From you, during the course of Personal Financial Consultations, in order to best advise you as to your investment and financial planning opportunities.
From you, on applications for our investment, insurance and financial planning services.
From your transactions with us, such as your investment and insurance account statements.
From other companies, if expressly authorized by you, to gather additional information on your previous investment and insurance transactions, to help us advise you on a more comprehensive basis.

Information Disclosure

We will share information about our transactions (investment, insurance and financial planning) with members of our Broker/Dealer organization, Sigma Financial Corporation, Member FINRA and SIPC, when needed in order to best service you. We may share information about you with organizations and their representatives that perform investment, insurance and financial planning services for us. This will allow us to provide you with a broader selection of insurance, investment and financial planning products. The more information that you share with us, the more complete a financial plan we will be able to prepare for you. We will never disclose, share or sell your name or information to any other entity or party.

Return of Information

If you share information during the course of a Personal Financial Consultation and do not choose to become a client, we will return to you all written information that was gathered by us during the Consultation process. This information will be returned to you not more than five business days after you notify us (verbally or in writing) that you will not become a client of our firm. We will not keep any copies of any materials that you shared with us. In addition, we will destroy all notes that we took during the Personal Financial Consultation process.
